At our company, we place great emphasis on the quality and reliability of measurements, which is why we have a modern, fully equipped measurement laboratory. This allows us to offer analytical and testing services of the highest standard, supporting product development, ensuring compliance, and optimizing production processes.
• Zwick testing machine Enables tensile, compression, bending, and other mechanical tests. This allows us to determine the properties of materials, components, and finished parts, providing critical data for design and safety. • 4 coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Our coordinate measuring machines (CMM) enable highly accurate 3D geometric measurements. They allow us to examine the dimensions and tolerances of complex parts, analyze surface shapes, and compare the actual condition with a reference model. • Atos Q scanner The Atos Q scanner provides high-resolution scanning of part surfaces — it maps topography, texture, and microstructure in great detail. Ideal for surface inspection, wear analysis, geometry control of complex shapes, and mapping of irregular surfaces.
In our measurement laboratory, we perform, among other things: • mechanical tests (tensile, compression, bending, fatigue), • 3D geometric measurements for parts, tooling, and dies, • surface scanning and microgeometry analysis, • tolerance and technical documentation compliance checks, • measurement reports, statistical analyses, comparisons with CAD models, • technical and advisory support in interpreting results.
