The Research and Development Department and Tool Shop are the driving force behind our innovation—from concept to finished tools. We implement solutions quickly to improve production quality and efficiency.

Mass production
We manufacture on a large scale with precision and quality – modern stamping, welding, and assembly are the strengths of our serial production.
We have a modern production center where technology meets experience.
Our modern machine park allows us to press sheets of various thicknesses and adapt the process to individual project requirements.
We perform MIG/MAG welding processes using welding robots (Fanuc and KUKA) operating in dedicated stations equipped with Fronius and Lincoln power sources.
We offer specialized, automatic threading processes directly in the tool using Pronic systems (in-die tapping), as well as traditional threading methods – all tailored to the requirements of a given project, while maintaining the highest accuracy and efficiency.
Our tool shop has modern technological facilities, including: CNC machining centers, wire cutters (wEDM), lathes, grinders, drills, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and equipment for testing material properties. This enables us to ensure precise workmanship and full quality control of tools and components.
Our team of designers has many years of experience and works with advanced design tools such as Siemens NX and AutoCAD. Thanks to close cooperation with the tool shop and analysis of production experience, we are constantly improving our tool designs.
